ShellShock SunShift: Photochromic Z87 Ballistic Glasses at $79 on Sale

ShellShock Protection has spent a couple of years building quality hearing protection, and the company keeps adding more eye protection to the lineup. The newest offering is the SunShift sunglasses with photochromic Z87 lenses: they meet ANSI Z87.1+ standards and provide 99.9% UVA/UVB protection.

The SunShift ballistic glasses come in Grey, Black, and Flat Dark Earth (FDE) frames and are currently on sale for $79 (originally $95). The durable polycarbonate lens transitions from clear to gray tint in UV light, carries FogGuard Pro anti-fog treatment plus an oleophobic coating against fingerprints and smudges, and the whole package weighs just one ounce on a flexible TR90 frame with an adjustable nose piece and non-slip rubber temples. Each pair ships with a microfiber cleaning cloth, drawstring bag, and drop-proof clip case.

“We built the SunShift lens to keep up with the dynamic nature that shooters demand,” said Eric Hung, owner of ShellShock Protection, noting wearers can move between changing environments without swapping eyewear. For a company known for ear pro, this rounds out the safety portfolio nicely.
